I went to see Ra One Second day last first show bunking my office with bated breath to have a look in virtual flop show declared by film critics .Me and vaibhav were both excited for the movie and remained till the interval and never found a flaw in the script nor the show .What was the fuss all about . The film is well scripted has all the taste of Hollywood super heroes the terminator and matrix .Shahrukh has done the Job well ,taking Indian cinema to the next level . I would say that Ra .one is a film that has traversed from being just an audacious dream to surrealism .The elevation it provides will take u to another world of dream .It brings a sense of pride for Indian viewers Yes we can make it. Sharukh has provided a platform and surely he will be remebered for years infiltrating and tresspassing into a domain where no one will think of keeping their foot .
I went for the movie with a sinking heart., and it was rejoicing .
A superhero movie, by definition, defies logic and requires suspension of disbelief. In a world where almost nothing goes right, it reaffirms our belief that Good does trump over Evil. Why did people say it is a timewaste ,when the promo was very honest .It is a superhero movie for kids ,not SRK's regular Rahul or Raj .
It had all the masala bringing in the best VFX technology .
And of course, it has the leading man in several versions -- the blue-eyed superhero, the nerdy south Indian scientist and my personal favourite -- the Asian superhero who saves the damsel in distress.
Ra.One has superlative special effects, a stunning leading lady, several jaw-dropping action sequences, some genuinely quirky moments and a chillingly sinister villain.
People should not ignore but appreciate it ,this is the attempt of bringing us closer to Hollwood .The critics are British Thugs speaking in Hindi .As Rome was not built in a day nor we can imitate Avataor in seconds .
It was a simple story that needed to be told through an uncharted terrain.
